nepalaya hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent stopover in kathmandu. the staff was excellent and the room was comfortable. the rooftop restaurant had a great atmosphere and the free continental breakfast was satisfying. the hotel also offered affordable transportation options. highly recommend.

The hotel is located in the heart of a bustling area, making it convenient for shopping and enjoying the city's nightlife. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city, and the buffet breakfast is satisfying with a range of options including fresh fruit and Nepali food. The hotel also provides transport for a fair price, making it easy to explore the local area.

One downside is that some rooms have windows that face into the inner courtyard, which can make the rooms feel a bit stuffy.

The staff at my first stay helped me print my boarding pass. They have everything I need - free Wi-Fi, AC, TV, laundry, express check-in/out, restaurant. Coming back for my next trip.

All in all everything was good, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge. Rooms of this apartment were clean, there is a laptop safe, central heating, and an iron provided. It was good near everything. Staff were always really helpful and affable.

The apartment is a cosy base for staying in Kathmandu. It is located in the heart of Thamel.

Best aspects of our stay were the excellent staff and the comfortable and clean room. The staff went above and beyond to assist us from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was spacious, tidy, and everything worked well.

The inconsistent WIFI in the room and the food. The WIFI didn't work steadily inside the room, which was inconvenient.

the reception was excellent - with super kind and accommodating staff. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary toiletries provided. the hotel is centrally located in thamel - making it convenient to explore the area. the top roof restaurant - lumbini - on the same street - serves delicious food.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. One of the highlights was definitely the comfortable mattresses, a rare find in Kathmandu. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and nightlife at Thamel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city. Highly recommended!
